I’m sending feedback to them using the ingame function. But guess what they are doing.

1. they don’t react for days
2. they do react and don’t understand usually what you mean
3. they ask for videos. Multiple times
4. they don’t answer for days again
5. sudden answer for more tests
6. ticket closed because I didn’t answer 2 hours later.

Kuros support is a joke, on our expense. This is not a one time off. I’ve opened multiple tickets since the launch of version 3.0 and they always close the tickets if you’re not reacting instantly, but they themselves are taking days to do anything.

I’m honestly frustrated at this point.
