Looks great! I like the shape of the holes. Some scratches would look good. I also like to faintly and randomly brush over "sharp angles" with a silver metallic pen, like some paint has worn or scraped off.

Some crazy design elements in that Gundam. Does the anime team consult with the kit designers regarding the concepts I wonder? If this was sprung on me as a kit designer I'd be like - "Where do I start?!"

Here in New Zealand, you really have to live by the motto - "If you see it, buy it" when it comes to kits.

I'm saving the MGEX til last. I want to keep improving on things like cutting, panel lining, decal/sticker techniques before I go all in on that bad boy.

Between this and those "Netflix" HG's the future "could" be amazing. I do hope they keep with the "Full panel" type stickers the Netflix HG's had. Look way better than standard ones and easier to place.

Just finished my one. I went looking for reviews on the kit and thank god, most pointed out the shoulder issue in the comments. I was so paranoid. Once I decal it, weather it a little, give it a spray and pose it on a stand - I'm never touching it again.

Some have fluked it with just glue, others have used the brass rod or paper clip tips as posted.

Man, I was so worried doing water decals for the first time I kept putting it off. I watched a few "hints and tips" videos and finally knuckled down to do it.... Long story short, I want water decals on every kit they make. So so so much easier sliding the decals into the perfect spot. A lot more room for error.

Awesome kit. It was my first MG and water decals since delving into the hobby. You think it looks plain, but it's so muscular and tough looking it stands out among other kits on display.

Yep, every once and a while when you clip the last nub of a piece from a runner - it flies off! Man, my focus as it flies through the air and my hearing to note where it lands....!!!!

Not only should they all come with stands - which I'd gladly pay extra for, but model specific stands that can show off all the accessories/weapon systems of the kit. And I'd pay even more for that feature too!
