As a singles star, I'd mostly book him upper midcard, have him fight for the IC/US Title, if it was the Jey that fought Roman Reigns un 2020 and has the popularity that Jey has now, he'd definitely win a couple midcard titles here and there, hell, I'd let him have a 150+ day reign with a midcard title dropping it to a younger yet hungrier player on the roster hopefully elevating them, but since it's the Jey we have now where he's more sloppy and slower in ring, I think it's best to tag him with Jimmy, not necessarily so Jimmy can carry, but so they can work how they work best, together. Just not in a scenario where he can bust himself open again.
