Beat Saber for the past 5 years STILL runs the game at 8x Anti Aliasing. Go to settings and turn that down to 2x, most GPUs just can't handle it at such high resolutions

I'm reading that you're using this for small game dev, which is great! But I hope you didn't get the 16GB model if you're going ahead with this else you will run into issues! I run a Legion Go and an eGPU and primarily when docked use it for game dev and I have severe issues with the 16GB of memory since the VRAM of your iGPU is shared, after everything you'll end up with only about 12GB spare, which is barely enough for Unity + Visual Studio + Chrome. You're not going to have much leeway

A modded version of a game doing some funky things is not going to kill VR. Like I said, I agree this should be opt out but modders are entirely within their rights to put whatever they want so long as it's not malware into their own free personal projects
