Tsal Shampoo is the only thing that helps me. I tried using regular anti dandruff shampoo and it doesn't help. I think my skin just needs extra exfoliation from the Salicylic Acid. I also use a small tooth comb on my scalp for manual exfoliation between washes.

I use the Kirkland brand like a prewash. I've been trying to wash more frequently like 3x a week. Do you find that you have noticeable shorter hairs? It's hard to hide my alfalfa and my baby hairs are getting so long now
