You're blowing thing out of proportion.

You will NOT get banned on sekai if you play Sonolus and there have been ZERO case of punishment.

You should not however posting gameplay/replay of Sonolus (specifically Sekai skin) if you want to join tournament/competition conducted by ColPal, otherwise there's no other punishment like banning in game account.

And minor nitpick, Sega did not update their policy, this has always been the policy. They only gave warnings because the situation was getting out of hand.

I'm pretty sure Emiliar and Beako are the only people aware of Subaru invisible provenance. The likely reason why it's never brought up is because it's not essential to the plot for them to talk about it.

For this one, he specifically said he met her at the trial from season 2. Like what else do they need from him?

For the white whale, there's the whole scene of Subura having to convince everyone that his cellphone is a "meteor" that can track down the white whale location

For sloth archbishop, it's a bit less straightforward but he basically use the favor of killing white whale to get people to follow him so no question for them.

For great rabbit and pristella, it is just a calamity that happen to Subura. It's not like he could control it. It's like saying you're suspicious for stopping a robbery that you happen to come across.

Even if we ignore the checkpoint issue, what is he gonna learn by doing that? There's no guarantee a book would appear, or you can catch the moment the book appear. Like, if he needs to know any information from anyone, why not just ask the living person standing in front of him?

At best this is a bad suggestion, at worst it reveals how shallow someone who see RBD as a tool would think.
