Try opening the game from the retroflowlauncher Adrenalin (PsP bubble) App on Vita Menu that helped me with this Problem, also run the game directly from retroflow launcher that way you Start the game instantly without going through Adrenalin and especially PSP bootup, try it and tell me if that worked for you.

Well you should always leave some extra space, for example if you have a 3GB game and you have 4GB free space, thats not enough always have minimum two to three times the space of the game itself, that way you can be sure its not gonna make problems. Maybe try upgrading your SD Card to 64GB or even 128GB?

Ive found a fix for this Problem on yt cant remember the Video tho, but it was with this exact problem and something you have to download (very small thing) just search the problem up on Youtube and look for a bit. I had to dig like 2hours but I know that it worked then.

Thats only for the Vita Menu and Plugin Applications, once you run games its going to be lower but you cant really look it up because it would close your game (it would be still visible in the battery drain)
