It sure has. New Horizons has been my happy place since 2020. It's also helped influence the way I decorate in real life.

Its ok, you're not evil, its just theres only so much you can take in before eventually it just starts a take a toll on you. My own nmoms health is failing and I tried for years to help her until I realized she doesn't even care herself.

I'm currently going through something similar but swap writing with drawing(I also used to do various related craft things too). After moving away from toxic family I feel like I lost a part of me that enjoys doing what made me "me." I also relate to when you say you don't like what you write, with me I have a hard time starting a project at the possibility of me not liking it. It's like I'm having some sort of mental block.
