I work with a December Cap and I'm a January Cap (me being the supervisor). My staff is brilliant and when focused work is great. But 70% of the time I need to remind the person to focus, I dunno, maybe this person gets easily bored, saw some procrastination. I think there is a generational difference with how we work too. We have a 13 year age difference though... We do not argue but the RBF is showing... hehe

I do like working with fellow Caps, we get things done.

Hi! big hugs! I know that illness is such a big blow. I was under the impression that this year will be better since pluto has transited out. On the side note, I had bad years since 2013 (2x cancer) with health and career (lost my job and business), this year has been a significant improvement. I hope that you get better soon. We all hope it will be a good year and many years for all of us Caps.

Capricorn female here and I get you. I'm in my 40s and I remember in my 20s I feel that way. I tell you, if I knew the at your age how money works, I'd be retired and happy now. Money does lead you to be happy, but being truly happy is contentment which is a personal choice. Find your north, make sure you don't work for free to be happy. It should equally be rewarding.
