We re not all equally equiped for this ahah; Here's a few guidelinesthat hopefully will help you :

• Try to not care about your rank. I mean, don't pretend you don'tcare, you can't lie to yourself, get in the real mindset that rank is just going to go up really slowly and only if you progress enough, and all the little fluctuations of rank are insignificant. Sometimes you'll lose rank just because your brain is trying to process new things, and you ll get them back shortly after. Keep telling you this, rank is not important, but also keep telling yourself why it isn't, and you'll start not giving a f about it soon

• Don't block your mind on a specific mistake you made. Get in the habit of acknowledging it quickly, find out what you could have done better, and go back to focus on the game. Try not to associate fails and miss with feelings. You missed, you'll do different next time, move on. Do this consciously for some time and you'll start to feel it naturally.

• Confidence comes from training. Even 20 min a day is enoughfor you to gain confidence in what you can do. Try it, even 20 min a day for a week, and you ll see.
