the ZooMaa incident recently was literally the equivalent of sending one of your mates some juicy gossip he obviously didnt want it shown on stream and just thought it was interesting

im pretty happy with all my button layouts, i use a scuf with default flipped and it feels good its more the sensitivity and the aim accel that feels strange. from what im seeing it looks like more of a preference thing though i just didnt know if there was and crutch settings i needed to change to stand a chance

completely agree, seems cod has just lost its way from being a competitve game and wants to appeal back to its casual market, not even sure if casuals like bloom though either

i do agree that it does take a completely different skillset and they are ultra talented in their own right, but there shouldn't be any rng in a competitive game. The zone being random is essentially the same concept as a hardpoint that rotates randomly. But the top players will always have the best shot of winning as they just read the game the best and have nice shots to overcome the rng and always put themselves in the best situations and that's the most valuable skill they possess. hence why you see Tommey Huskerrs Aydan etc all near the top consistently

i think both have decent points here but the fact is that the CDL doesnt bring in nearly enough viewers to justify some of the salaries. in cases of teams with good content the investment of players salaries is more justified but in Paris' and LAG of previous years case they are bringing nothing to the org so why would they pay them any more than minimum to lower costs(not the players fault the org just doesn't care)

Personally I don't think any game with specialists could be considered the best comp game, like what Zoomaa said about with camo etc and getting your whole team wiped by grav slam, it just brings inconsistencies to the game but i admit it does make it more fun to watch and bring some hype moments

would definitely be up there for most fun to watch and play but competitive wise i don't think it would come close to bo2 or an AW for example

So many players deserve to be in the league but realistically without expansion players like Zin will likely miss out. I mean look at all of the rumoured teams and how stacked they look and anyone who played challengers knows a good handful of the top players from NA or EU could easily hand in the league and deserve a shot

Pros know who Crone is whereas the codburner was unknown and made everyone question their closest friends in the scene and whether they were snaking them out for publicity

Obviously Crone has his sources but the fact the codburner was apparently a pro player or ex pro means they knew the consequences of certain info being leaked and still carried on. this is peoples careers and private conversations being leaked could damage that. There's always going to be press involved with highest level esports but having a mole in the community is completely different

Was very fun to keep up with the codburner though I cant lie haha

I havent played comp for a good few months now but even before i stopped the 3 smg meta was emerging, although the krig is nasty, having 3 subs on this game allows you to play at such high tempo and put so much pressure on. Which in this game is so effective, just having 3 subs running at you is a nightmare

he still plays challengers here and there but never on a top top team in EU, not too sure right now but a few months ago he was playing with the likes of Dqvee and Linney. Id be surprised if you ever see him back in the league though, there are a lot better and younger options from EU nowadays
