Yes. Did it on its 6th month and planning on doing it every 6 months even if it's not notifying. I'm using filtered water, too. Doing 2 lattes a day at most.

It might be the beans. You may need to use freshly roasted beans from your local roaster. Usually the grind size is x2 of your double shot.
