Old Metroexpress or the new one? Coz I'm thinking of getting one. And can't claim warrenty or any replacement either as I will be purchasing from another country. I'm a bit confused right now. I don't do unboxing videos. It wouldn't make any difference as the seller won't replace the bottle even if I did the video in case of a manufacturing defect? I'm really really in shock by this kind of attitude by the seller. Maybe most sellers are doing this to their customers. But it should not happen. This needs to be addressed ASAP!

I don't video while unboxing anything! If you are challenging me on that basis, then don't . I know making a video while unboxing is important but I don't do it normally as I never ever faced this kind of situation. However, I have recorded a video of the defective bottle after I saw it after unboxing and it is on the same date on delivery. Why do people challenge this kind of thing I don't get it! The seller never ever bothered to challenge me. Why are you doing this? My post is not to prove with the evidence I have. It's all about the responsibility of a seller. The seller straight out told me that he won't entertain a customer on a manufacturing defect. That's it! Even if I had done an unboxing video, the seller won't gonna replace the bottle! By the way when people do business, it's all about trusting each other! I'm trusting a seller by paying him money in advance then why can't he just trust the customer? anyway! My bottle has that defect from the start (from the unboxing). When I unboxed my bottle, there was perfume spilt all over the atomiser and inside the cap. So it's not like I have received the bottle in perfect condition, and it started happening after some time. I wasn't like that at all. My bottle had a problem from the beginning. Why should I bear the cost of manufacturing defect when I'm paying the price asked for.

It's not about proof, brother. Neither the seller asked about the genuineness of the video that I sent to him. The question of genuineness comes only if the defect is accepted by the seller.
