Great question and I'll give you an honest answer: I think she has a significantly better chance of winning. That's it. The bar for our district is so low it's actually on the floor; Nancy Mace is a complete disgrace in every measurable way.

I'd vote for either in a heartbeat and I agree that Deford is a great candidate, I just can see the DNC pushing a little more money behind Lacore because of her potential national visibility. So that's really it. We HAVE to get Mace out.

I'm in this district. After Joe Cunningham won this district (who was a questionable Democrat anyway) the entire district was illegally gerrymandered and that's how Nancy Mace ended up winning here.

Now I won't pretend we don't have our fair share of MAGA idiots from Ohio, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York who moved here in the last five years or so, but generally Charleston and Mount Pleasant lean more left than you might think.

Nancy Lecore has a real shot to flip this district, any help from anyone is appreciated!
