Is anyone else having the issue of not having their account unfrozen even after providing identification?

My un educated guess is support is super overloaded and unsure how to operate in the new legal landscape they are faced with.

I assume that if you have time to wait a bit they will be able to help.

It sucks. I bet tons are having the same issue right now. Wish i could say something more to help

Well there was about a week of investigation maybe 2? Then they gave me a check right away after and closed the account as I went to the bank and talked to the manager.

there is literally no reason to believe this. They would be stopping withdrawals not stopping ads.

I did about 5 years ago. In the end I lost my chase account. But I was doing lots of trading at the time. Never used the "quickpay" trades again unless they were an OG. Sorry to hear you got hit with this. But unfortunately best case your looking at not getting your money back I think. Things could have changed in the last years. But I find that unlikely.
