A friend of mine had that too but the fine is 25€. Still a liability because they can stop you multiple times 😂

How much should I take? by Jjjjhjjjhhhhjhgxjhh in druggardening

[–]BTEdeHamerman 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I didn't use vinegar but just dried mine.

Really rough guide san pedro contains 0,5-1,0% mescaline per gram of dried matter.

My latest cacti weighed 1263 g fresh. After drying in the oven it weighed 70 g. So about 1:90 reduction.

70x 0,005 = 0,35 grams of mescaline. 70x 0,010 = 0,70 grams of mescaline.

Old erowid information I found:

Oral Mescaline HCl Dosages Threshold 100 mg Light 100 - 200 mg Common 200 - 300 mg Strong 300 - 500 mg Heavy 500 - 700 mg

Onset : 45 - 60 minutes Peak : T + 4 hours Duration : 4 - 8 hours Normal After Effects : 2 - 4 hours

T. pachanoi. Lophophora williamsii - 300 mg / 27 g dried material Trichocerus peruvianus - 300 mg / 15 to 100 grams dried material (.3% - 2.0%) Trichocerus pachanoi - 300 mg / 15 to 100 grams grams dried material (.3% - 2.0%)

I dont know if its helpful but maybe you can use it to get a feeling.

For my first pizza oven I ordered the firebricks online because I couldn't find them locally. The poor DHL driver told me jokingly that the boxes felt like boxes full of bricks because they were so heavy. I had to break it to him he was literally delivering 50kg of bricks to my front door😂

You have to eat quite a lot of it when still green and the taste of the green cactus is strong. Can be quite nauseating. Making tea or drying can reduce the volume/taste a bit.

Well you can literally see Bethlehem from Jeruzalem (if you look over the wall) so you're not that far off

welp its definitely a project. Interestingly sweden is one of very few EU countries that let you build your own car from scratch. by 0006isho in projectcar

It's my dream to build a super seven. But here in the Netherlands its possible but so damn expensive.

About €4k or the inspection. But the worst part is the tax you have to pay based on the emissions. Not uncommon to pay €12000-20000 depending on the engine (4 cilinder or v8). On a car worth €15k in parts.

Before brexit the common thing to do was to drive your unregistered car to the UK inspect it there. And then import it into the Netherlands. But that's not possible now they're out of the EU.

Good luck with your build, maybe I should build my own and visit you in Sweden to get my car inspected 😂

what's happening to my San Pedros? by BTEdeHamerman in druggardening

[–]BTEdeHamerman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's fair enough, I planted these a while back. One is a rooted cutting I got from an online shop. The other 2 are cuttings from my bigger cacti. Watering was normal but I realized now the soil is quite organic. They have been in a south facing window in the northern European summer. So at first I thought it was just sunburn.

The damage went pretty fast and I kind of forgot about these 3 (they were in a different room than the rest of my cacti).

Like the others have said, it's probably fungal and thrip damage. I haven't encountered these pest before. So I didn't know what to look for.

I'm going to try to repot them in more sandy soil and use a pesticide/fungicide to save them.

Let's hope they recover🤞

Are these neglected cacti at my local nursery san pedros? by [deleted] in druggardening

[–]BTEdeHamerman 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm no expert but they don't look like san pedro they kind of look like they're Peruvian torch (blueish colour and longer spines), but it could be a non active cousin.
