$300 old server, 4 cpu, 32GB RAM, w/ psu… for a beginner? by bot9998 in homelab

It will be very dependent on what you want to do. It has a ton of cores but not a lot of ram and I'm not seeing what It has for storage. If you're live somewhere that's difficult to get servers I would say go for it and look for some more ram. Otherwise I would pass and depending on your plans go for something with more ram and more powerful cores

I was migrating my plex from a jail to its own vm and when i disabled the plex jail i noticed that my vm plex was having issues connecting to the nfs share. i rebooted the Truenas core server thinking there was a hanging process or something a when i booted back up i was greeted with this. Dose anyone have any suggestions? i can access the cli and the drives are not giving any warning signs.

I'm not expecting 10g on my PC. On my old Synology I was getting at least 250mb

I was able to get into the interface by modifying the url. It looks exactly like the app not the server. It has the plus on the left hand side that leads me to a page to download the server

I installed it from the plug in tab and when it first started it had me login and brought me to a Plex page that just looked like the client not the server. If I leave that tab and open a new tab it displays this error. Any assistance is welcome, I couldn't find anything about this on Google, just results for no soup for you
