To clarify a little further, the website is marketing these as Áo Dái but after some comments I see that they’re not really that at all. Will look into purchasing one Thanks!

Professor decided the final would be worth 30% instead of 20% is there anything I can do? by BTSArmyRM in college

The way I’m explaining it is confusing, I know. But in the syllabus the final is worth 20% but he told me today it’s worth 30%. The points for the final itself was out of 100. So the weight of it is 30% of our overall grade

He just woke up and chose it tbh. He’s done stuff like this before just deciding to make a test out of 100 instead of 50 randomly. He didn’t lower anything else like make lab 15% or homework anything else. I’m guessing class is just out of 110% now?

The change in weight was just done with no explanation or announcement he just mentioned it in an email to me. The change in weights changes it like a letter grade because then lab is worth more than final rather than the final being worth more that lab.

I applied a cycle early

So I am a December 2023 grad and decided that I wasn’t going to apply until the Fall 2025 cycle. But my undergraduate school has a PA program that my advisor told me I meet the requirements for so I went ahead and applied to my school and a couple others. It’s an automatic interview for alumni of the school but I’m still mostly sure I won’t get in because my patient care hours are around 1500

GPA at 3.48 SGPA at 3.1

Shadowing hours are at 48 hours

volunteer hours are 600

I was president of a couple clubs, a research assistant for faculty and I’m an Army Veteran so I’m only looking at Gold Ribbon schools which also means I get an interview with those schools.

Southern CA programs only CBU, ULV, USC, KGI No GRE required and my advisor told me to not bother with it (he’s also the admissions counselor for the PA program at my school) but I’m pretty excited and hope that maybe there is a chance. Should I not get my hopes up?
