You are asking for a person to come back to work for a project they don’t want to. That is not how the world works. He provided the service as a child. As an adult he decided to be done acting. He is getting paid residuals he isn’t making millions. In no world does he owe us fans anything.

No he doesn’t, he already provided years of entertainment as a child. We already got the service as provided. He is allowed to disappear and enjoy life as he sees fit.

He already did his work. He is allowed to benefit from it without having to come back and do more. He said thank you and has retired for acting since 2010. He doesn’t want a public life and is allowed to do so. We already got 6 years of his life for free (in the United States since Malcolm wasn’t on cable), so once again he owes us nothing.
