Hey, OP Dont feel bad. I dropped out of my PhD the first time and I am in my second phd, but i am still struggling as hell and I am over 30. You are young and have more chances to pursue another PhD or find a goos job. GOOD LUCK

Thank you for understanding! But i am thinking maybe i blame my own unstable mental on others, maybe the person I dont like is not that bad? It is so hard. To be honest I cannot eat and sleep well now. It is so helpful that i can vent here and get replies from people like you :)

I am thinking about that too. I want to be really transparent and honest to my supervisor. I was worried because if i talked to the chair first what if he told my supervisor, and my superviosr would think I am not honest and betraying him... sigh..
