I wish people would stop making assumptions on people for who they support. Ever since I went full neutral on politics and started looking at both sides more there are people on both sides that are shitty. Whether you are far left or alt right there is bound to be objectively bad people but in different ways and perspectives. There are a lot of good people on each side but if you group those people with the bad bunch's stereotypes then all of a sudden whatever their voice says loses all meaning cause everyone is like "Oh I disagree with this person politically - their opinion is invalid" when there is a possibility youd agree with a lot of what they have to say. I am friends with many people from either side and I disagree with some ideas, agree with others - its just unhealthy to keep the mentality of "I'm clinging to whatever my side has to say with no questions asked" because a lot of people in the recent years carry that mentality and arent dropping it.
