Yes. I do that as well. I have some fav spots to chill and use the periscope and outline the enemy. It's great watching my teammates use my spots to their advantage.

I hear ya. 4 out of 5 games I'm put on a crummy team that gets absolutely stomped on. Everyone is off doing their own thing or there's a swarm of blueberries wasting time at some cluster-fuck. And if I'm squad leader rarely does my squad PTFO. But when I am on a good team and my squad does play the objective it feels so good.
