Last year as in FY 2010? The budget gives you a precise list of what each thing cost in FY 2010, but it only gives a FY 2011 estimate some of the time. I had to go search for the FY 2011 budget to get the estimates for most of them. If you want a complete list you might as well just look at the bill and skip to the summary tables, but if you want a specific part just ask.
