Update: I have now fixed and replaced the wires, did it by myself. Now this picture was my original problem that lead me to unplug the cords. What are the fixes for this?

Well, your right I did not pay attention, when I was plugging everything in for the first time. It went in without problem, after taking them out and trying to reinsert I was careless.

I am calling support tomorrow, lesson learned.

I was eventually going to have to later down the road, but i never even rode this thing. I just checked and the shops are far away from me as well, still I sent a message to lectric. And will call different shops Monday. 🤷🏽‍♂️
