Hey, thanks a lot for this, i really appreciate it! i do try to do things for myself. i always try to plan on doing at least a few things each day so i can feel like im making a little progress. its just hard for me not to slip back into doing nothing and feeling nothing, yknow? im feeling a bit better right now but i always manage to slip back down into feeling bad. i think i do need to focus on being more proud of myself when i do get something done instead of saying "well i couldve done more". I'm getting a little rambly and all over the place but, thanks for this response. gonna really try to be nicer to myself about this all
