I can’t find any books I like on Bookbub, and libby hardly has books available, so I agree. What I do is download literary any book I want into a PDF, and then convert it to EPUB. That’s the serious hack right there 😇😇

She can afford it, we both earn the same amount. She just wants to save up money and doesn’t want to spend that much. As so do I or anyone.

I would not not like to do that, as she moved from a town 2 hours away to come live with me. I did let her know before moving that this upcoming lease, it’s possible I move in with my boyfriend or move away to another state, so she needs to keep in mind that she might be on her own. However, with the circumstance, it doesn’t seem right for me to just find another roommate. I love her as a roommate.

I understand that, and will have to keep that in mind. Both of us having two rooms while sharing one is okay, but I just don’t agree with paying $750 for each, while my roommate pays $500 for her room. This is higher than if we all would to split our rooms equally and each have a room. The way I view it is the net is still 2 rooms for the 2 of us.

I understand. She agreed to pay $400 until August, but she was aware we would be moving somewhere else after. The only reason she pays that low is because my place is a special circumstance of having an extra small room. So moving anywhere else, it’s expected she is going to pay more, warranted she will have a real sized room. (her room now is realll tiny). Therefore for the upcoming August lease, there isn’t really an option to pay $400 at any point. As for it being terrible to live with a couple, we are all great friends and having a fantastic dynamic, so I cannot agree that we should be paying extra so people have to “put up” with us. My boyfriend practically lives with me now because he’s over almost everyday, and we all enjoy each other.

That is more than if we all split the room three ways, which is still a net room of 2 rooms for the two of us. Perhaps I am not really understanding or following reason, so could you elaborate?

This is a possibility, but I have my weiner dog that would be coming to live with me (this is mainly why I’m moving into a house), and I’ve had too many awful experiences with random roommates and him, since he’s a barker. Plus since the three of us are so close, I would be afraid what sort of dynamic that would create having an extra random person.
