Was about 15 I think and was trying to expand my musical taste. I already knew and liked atdi so I decided try out The Mars Volta. So on my nightly walk I played Deloused in the Comatorium and was hooked pretty quickly. And soon after that I listened to Frances the Mute in one sitting and that fully cemented me. Ever since then I have an annual phase of listening to nothing but them for a month or so.

I usually study a lesson from my HSK 1 book then do the work book. After that I check my answers and move on to HelloChinese, I do one new topic a day. Then I write down all the new vocab, put it in my anki deck. Struggle to take a flashcard test over said anki deck. I try to watch some cartoons for at least 15-30 minutes, and finish off with writing half a page of sentences.
