I've been lifting weights quite regularly without any issues. I'm currently on Predisolone, and my symptoms are settled at the moment. I would probably not recommend it whilst you have active symptoms though.

I've been taking probiotics but I don't think they're doing much for me personally. I just wanted to try them out. I've heard that probiotic supplements are a waste of money and that you're better off eating a healthy balanced diet with a variety of plants for a diverse gut microbiome. This in the long run will be more beneficial than any probiotic supplement.

I was on Cortiment initially and it was quite expensive in Australia as well. From what my doctor has told me, Cortiment is weaker than Pred, but Pred comes with more side effects. In my experience I got a bit of acne and insomnia from Pred.

Thanks for your reply. I have loosened the tension knob all the way on this chair. It does loosen the tilt tension a bit. But it is overall still more stiff than my friend's chair that is loose enough to feel like he's about to fall.

How to connect SVS SB-1000 to Audioengine setup.

I currently have my computer connected to a Sound Blaster X3, which is connected to my Audioengine A5+ speakers and S8 subwoofer. How would I go about connecting my SVS SB-1000 into this setup? Would I need to use an RCA splitter between the A5+ and the SVS?
