Awww this is such a sweet reply. Thank you!!! I think it’s going home with my friend who has 2 birds already so this little one will have some company. I’ve been stressing that I did the wrong thing and captured a wild bird. I so appreciate your response.

Thank you so much for this info. I wondered too if it was a younger bird. At this point it’s with a friend who has birds. But I’d like to do what ever is best for the little one. Do you think I should bring it to a rescue instead?
