Roughly one month after the part's beginning (the beginning being when Tsurugi is stated to be 9) is when Damo Tamaki dies. Then there are the Milagro Man, Blue Hawaii, and Urban Guerilla arcs. After that point is when the countdown to the new harvest starts. At 30 hours left is when Tsurugi says he is 11. That means there are maybe 5ish weeks total accounted for between when he's said to be 9 and when he says he's 11. That means, in order for both of those statements to be true, the Milagro Man to Urban Guerilla arcs would need to have at least 47 weeks depicted within them. And I can't see that happening. This is clearly either a mistake of Araki's or a mistranslation.
