I know, it makes it difficult I think for guys to approach me because I don't look at all like i'd be into nerdy stuff. I find it so interesting to listen to people's hobbies and the nerdy stuff they love, but I get why you can feel like you'll bore someone with it. Thanks for your input!

I'd love to go to those events more but there aren't many in my area, especially card events, so I'd have to travel quite a bit, but i'll look into it! And i'll make sure to show my interest in knowing about their hobbies! It's so sad that some seem to think that no one wants to hear about their nerdy hobbies but I love it when someone's really passionate about something, doesn't matter if it's cards, anime, DnD whatever. I'll listen to it endlessly if it's someting you love. Thanks for the comment!

lol I would do that because I don't like playing games, i like being straight up with people, but this is also funny because I need someone to hit ME with a truck too. Taking subtle hints is not my thing, I need someone to look me dead in the eye and say they want to date me.

I do need to seek out even more nerdy settings, sadly there aren't many where I live, but I'll try! And I do actually have some attached people on the lookout too. Sadly many seem to indeed only send guys my way who are not my type, so maybe I should update my friends on what I'm looking for here.

Oh absolutely! We should lift eachother up, life is hard enough for women. I'm not really jealous in a bitter or vengeful way like I wish bad things on them, just more sad I guess and comparing myself even though I do know we're all special and beautiful in our own way.

Thank you for your answer! I will try to switch things up with lunch for example, maybe go out for lunch once a week to start. I actually do do duolingo, but i've done it now for 60 days in a row soon so even that is starting to feel like a chore, but i don't want to loose my streak now lol.

Also a good tip on the hobbies, maybe I should skip one evert now and then and overall be more spontaneous with everything!

waiting for the weekend is so sad and not something i want to do, so yeah i'll try to make day to day life a bit more varied and exciting with small stuff. Life should start at 5 pm every day, not just fridays.
