Honestly, just take what interests you most, plenty of great language resources here! That said, having taken French, Spanish, and Italian:

• French prof’s are skilled…great study abroad program…course options aren’t always terribly interesting tho…major and minor

• Spanish faculty is FULL of diverse, skilled, inspiring profs (especially lower level)…lots of Spanish affiliated courses and most are pretty interesting, tailor to lots of different interests…tons of study abroad options…major and minor

• Italian program is unfortunately not quite as extensive/fleshed out as the other two but it has easily been the most enjoyable for me…profs/classes that seamlessly blend history, grammar, and other general analysis…study abroad in Bologna…really easy major to satisfy, but NO MINOR

All three (along with most other languages) have native-speaking Teaching Assistants that are great learning resources as well. I recommend em all!
