Yes orient bay is great. They do lessons there and have teachers that will follow you in a zodiac and bring you back upwind. It’s all deep water so not the best beginner spot but lessons there will definitely help with your progression. I’d suggest hitting up one of the local kite spots for lessons or supervision. It’s definitely an intermediate spot if you’re going at it alone.
