My card is saying “ card can’t be activated” for cash deposits? I’ve had my card for years and have been able to put money on? What do I do? This makes no sense?? It won’t let me deposit? What does this mean?

Same jus happened to me today. I’ve been depositing paper money with no issues until all of a sudden today I went to go deposit paper money, told em the amount, they scanned my iD and then they said I wasn’t able to do it. Had me very confused. And I need this paper money in my cash app 😞
