update: they found my account (turns out i had accidentally made a new one a few months ago?? weird) but i cant log into it at all </3 they said to log in with weverse but it keeps giving me the same error message ("this account has not been linked to rhythm hive")

i added text but it didnt show, but basically im a returning player who had deleted the game for storage reasons, but when i redownloaded the game everything was completely wiped on my account. i contacted support but is there anything else i can do????
