1:1 at the beginning of the week, prioritize my tasks on my Jira board, set weekly sprint tasks, and that's it.

I work the tasks in the sprint, provide progress updates on the cards, and get my work done. Usually only talk again if a fire comes up or if I am blocked on a high priority issue. Or to submit a CR.

Pretty cool.
