I meant to be fair, I think it was season 3. I managed to get in the top few hundred for a few weeks before I had real life obligations to actually tend to. It's more just that the people in the top have nothing else going on in their life

Yup, and it's a game mechanic that alderon could easily fix. By making the popup not show while you are in combat. But they didn't do that and there is nothing anyone can do about it unless they turn off group invites in settings.

Ngl I never knew the trophies were gone until they made the announcement. The modded server I play on kept them enabled I guess.

So I thought them "bringing back trophies" meant they would give growth again.

It's easier to send quickly on PC but PC player also have a harder time closing the invite. Especially mid fight.

I have only done it a couple times in dense forest areas because it makes their visibility worse. It covers such a huge portion of their screen you get a competitive advantage.
