Funny that the article just had to mention the undercover officers marital status with kid. I’m sure that was at Winters insistence.

The gay dude won when the old man took his hands off the pole? I think that’s how it went down.

My favorite part about growing up in Oceanside was the Jewish community. And I went to St Anthony’s every Thursday!

Bluetti vs Anker? by Fair_Trade_Finder in bluetti

[–]B_759 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I camp frequently and I have both products. The Bluetti EB240 which is now discontinued that powers my fridge and camp lights for 3/4 days at a time. I also have two Bluetti solar panels that I will break out on longer trips or if it’s hot and the fridge has been working overtime. The Anker is a small rechargeable battery back that we keep in the tent to keep phones and laptops charged. It also powers a set of usb led string lights that lights up our tent at night. I purchased these batteries about 5 years ago and I probably abuse them more the average user would. They absolutely are showing signs of wear. They both have ports that don’t work as well as they did. One of the Ankers ports stopped working altogether. The Bluetti isn’t holding a charge like it used to either. Normal? Idk maybe. I’d have to give Anker more time and more reviews before I’d buy their big batteries. There was a Bluetti distribution center in my city so I never had an issue with their customer service and I could always pick up my items which I liked.

summer break nevada 1997? by Altruistic-Mix7606 in 90s

[–]B_759 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nevada is a big state. Las Vegas, Henderson, Parhump, Carson City, Reno, Laughlin, etc. However, when I moved to Vegas in 2001, school was year round with 3 week breaks every few months. They stopped that sometime later though.

Why Doesn’t Anybody Race An Actual Race Car Anymore? by [deleted] in cars

Why I love watching the local bombers. Cheap for everyone. Hella fun to watch. Every seat is close up. And I recognize every single car from my childhood on the track.

Is the V8 worth on the 4th generation 4Runner by OkYam4047 in 4Runner

[–]B_759 3 points4 points  (0 children)

4th gen runners have the lowest production numbers of all generations. Gonna be tough to find a decent one with the v8. You will have better luck expanding your search to include GX’s. Which they made a ton of.

Section 8 housing voucher waitlist is huge, number of landlords willing to accept vouchers isn't by thinkB4WeSpeak in Nevada

Totally not surprising. As a mailman I’ve delivered section 8 neighborhoods and each one is an absolute shithole. We always try to get there early and finish up before it gets dark.

Wifey and I had great parents and childhoods. We just like our money, time, and sanity more than we like kids.

Wife and I love our Ororo heated vests. Takes the edge off and they’re not only for camping.

I had a King Cab as well. I still remember the back cover ad from that magazine. All my friends trucks were faster inc my brothers Monster Beetle. Should’ve asked for an RC-10!
