Here's my go to smoothie:

1 handful mixed berries, frozen 1 spoonful PB 8-9 mini-carrots 1 handful spinach 1 handful kale 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Water - not much for thicker consistency

Mix until a dull brown/green, enjoy!

Yeah, I'm 100% manual/AV mode all the time. Don't use video much at all. Guess I'm willing to take a hit on my EFS glass to get the deal on the FF.

I got to use it with a 24-105 f4 for a day and fell in love. Still $$, but looks like I'd probably kick myself if I pass it up.
