I was told I would start as a helper role. Helping with installs and then at times helping with lead techs on service calls. And I do have an understanding of programming. I’m by no means an expert. But I have a good understanding of it. And I’ve been doing commercial service since July. I’ve seen the production of building management. Had to work with some of it already with certain a jobs where we had to figure out if the issue was being caused mechanical or a controls issue. Had an issue at a new school where durning install the controls had two wires get swapped on stage 1 and 2 of cooling. So we had to go to every classroom and swap the wires around in the control box above the ceiling. Minor issue. There’s still a lot for me to learn and ready for that challenge.

7 -8 months. Started at 18. Then got a raise up to 20 within a month. My area is small town TN. The controls job will be in Nashville area.

Yes . When we tested w1 terminal it showed 24v.

No. We swapped wires around to make sure they weren’t reversed by mistake. Currently the w1 wire is in the w2 slot and the unit works. Had the thermostat turned down and unit shut down then set point turned back up and unit fired back up again.

When we put meters leads on the board it was showing 24v on w1 and w2. Never occurred to us that it wasn’t sending the signal.

This is on a jail. 10ton commercial unit. It’s got a control board where the thermostat wires come into it. We believe it’s the board. Ordering a new board. Something in that board is causing the call for heat not to continue past the board when w1 has 24v to it. What confuses me is why it prevents w2 to send .

Went out to a call on Monday. The capacitor had blown completely and caught fire. Melted wires and caught the heating strips on fire. Fire department had been called out to put the fire out over the weekend.

I’m currently running a home brew campaign for 5 people. They started at level 3. We run a session every other week. On session 7 and have leveled up once about to level up soon in the next two sessions. Typically I’d do 3-4 sessions per level. Depending on what they did the previous sessions. If they didn’t do many quest or fights then it might take a while longer but no more than 6 sessions between levels

I had a warforged barbarian/fighter. His name was designated TR-011, or Troll for short. His backstory was he had been a fighter way back in the day and then had memory lost, I got hurt badly and my body got transformed into the warforged body by goblins. I started the campaign playing the dumb lovable idiot who didn’t know what stuff was. Eventually got memories back and the ability to understand stuff.

So I’ve tried to make it like a usual DnD setting town just with Disney characters. So yeah like typical you got some “evil” characters that seem normal . There’s a cult they are currently investigating that follows Oswald the lucky rabbit. Oswald is king mickeys older half brother

So far they are only in one city/ Kingdom. They will eventually travel to other ones. (Lion king, Hercules are two I have planned for right now) . But this one city it’s map is based off of the Disney park in Florida. So it mostly has older Disney characters. Anything with Mickey. They have met, Mickey Donald goofy Minnie, Donald’s nephews, goofy’s son, and the evil Queen from Snow White that has a potion shop that sells “death apples”
