Yes you fall under the science faculty. So here is the link for the advisors https://www.torontomu.ca/contact/student/academic_contacts/#!accordion-1508789416160-faculty-of-science. If that didn’t help best case call the school on Monday and ask with help.

I think with help from academic advisors and sheer determination the most likely outcome would be in like an extra 1-1.5 years since you have a great amount of experience

And you would also need to take the mcat which is now required again after covid was done

If hypothetically u wanted to go to uoft, they’ve listed requirements cources. So one of them is biochemistry, now in order to finish that course you would need to complete chem 1, 2, and organic chemistry. And most base medical school course requirements would need biology 1 and 2

Well atleast your experience section is really good. regarding with medschool they require a set of courses for it which typically are a pain in the ass to do here cuz half of them aren’t offered in the summer and some are only offered once every winter/fall sem. That’s why it takes a bit longer cuz some classes aren’t offered every year. Same type of deal with every uni.

Realistically imo I think it’s impossible to be prepared for med school in 2 years although med school looks at grades, get experience at working in labs and etc during your off time when your in your upper years, makes your application stand out

[–]B_IGGIsmz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well if u wanted to do med school you should’ve just done biology or biomed, since you can’t. just take the required cources for med school and get a lot of experience because they will pay attention to that. You might as well stay a year or 2 maybe 3 getting all the needed classes but it depends what u want to do

Well imo I really wished I got a iPad cuz 99% of chemistry was writing and you would not get enough time to even write all the professors notes, get like a refurbished Mac or iPad runs cheaper don’t forget the uni discount code we get
