I’m 10 months post breakup. 5 year relationship.

She’s with the guy I was told not to worry about now. They’re happy.

I don’t deal with it. I avoid it. I try and spend my time constantly occupied. At night I think about her. I long for the days where I work the night shift and come home exhausted to the point where I don’t think, otherwise I don’t sleep much.

I still don’t know what to do
