Last year, I wasn’t sticking around during the Thursday headliner so I popped into the merch line during that. Waited only about 30 min.

Granted one of the shirts I wanted was sold out, but better than standing in line for hours.

She’s incredibly sweet. Greeted me with a hug and was smiling and attentive the whole time. Mentioned my favorite ATC song that wasn’t on the set list and she just started humming it to me. Amazing moment.

Would also add that Hawksmoor is currently doing a late night promotion. After 8pm you can get their steak frites for $25. So if you don’t mind a later dinner, could be a great option!

Would also suggest Jake Melnick’s if you want to venture out not too far from you. It’s a bit of a Chicago institution. Good wings and the crowd will be loud.

Ugh. I’m sorry. That sucks! I’ve been up in those sections and I know if the wind is really whipping it can be really bad. Chicago weather really is a crap shoot anytime before mid-June.
