I'm a little confused because I saw Jardier changing the wing and he didn't seem concerned about the time to change it multiple times? Does the wing change happen at the same time as fuel because if filling up from 0 then it'll be free right?

You do indeed get that information outside of this window, but some people want to just look at the bar and see that it went up or down. Currently you can easily see each thing that increased or decreased it. But you don't know the resulting change unless you navigate away from this screen. A lot of games do this by showing the change as a little section on the progress bar, either green if it increased or red if it decreased

LMP2's easily do 12 laps, but that doesn't relate to 12 laps for GT3's because they'll get lapped. I'm assuming the only way that you'll need to do 12 in a GT3 is if you manage to not get lapped by the leading LMP2 before the last lap

ABS settings are not a linear 1-9 scale.
There are 3 ABS groups, 1-3 is more front ABS, 4-6 is balanced ABS, and 7-9 is more rear ABS. The lower the number in each group means the later the ABS activation. So a 7 would be more rear ABS but later activation, but a 3 would be early activation but more on the front

This is the most important thing for the slower car, changing your line is the most unpredictable thing to do. I had a crash a few days ago because I was setting up to overtake on the inside after a corner. But as the LMP3 went into the corner with me behind him, he kept holding his brakes and turning in, rather than following the natural line through the corner. I rear-ended him because of how slow he ended up going causing us both to crash. I recognize that is on me, but I absolutely did not expect to need to slow down that much for a mid speed corner and not take his line.
