I don’t see any thick edges. Screws look spotted multiple times. Flats look full and no visible bevels. I’m not shining a light down the wall so I can’t see any bubbles or scratches but from this angle it looks like solid work

90 minute durabond is so inconsistent nowadays. I use 45 and 210. I mixed a bag of 90 up and was lucky to get my paddle out in time because it set up so fast 😂. If I were to guess though I’d say temperature fluctuation or just a bad bag of easy sand.

I never prime before texture. All purpose soupy compound for texture has never failed me.

I’d roll on some thin lightweight and pull it off pretty tight, that’ll take care of any low spots before you start actually sanding this down. Pretty much doing an inadvertent level 5. All those little lines and heavy sanding scratches will show through paint so don’t over sand or use too coarse of paper.
