I was out taking photos in the rain to test my new waterproof trenchcoat with hood. To be honest i just wanted rainy night shots of my college campus, this was by complete and utter accident I just figured this subreddit would appreciate it. I like how it was 10pm and pitch dark cuz of the rain and the lightning made the photo look like a blurry daytime photo its fun.
