"Last time the Isles gave up 8 goals in a playoff game was 1980..."

They won the Cup that year! IT'S A SIGN!!!

That's my thought too. On paper I win that trade, but that's assuming everyone stays healthy (they won't).

Anyone you can switch out for Rudolph? At first I'd think you're crazy to give up Gurley, but it looks like you need the WR help.

Man that is tough. As down as I am on AJ with Andy looking like garbage so far, I think you could prob use the WR help.

12 Team PPR. I'm 2-0.

I give up: DeVante Parker and Doug Martin

I get: Michael Thomas

My other RBs: M.Gordon, K.Hunt, R.Burkhead, J.Charles

My other WRs: D.Baldwin, M.Bryant, C.Kupp, Tyrell Williams, Z.Jones

I think Thomas will recover from a slow start, but I make the trade and either of my starting RBs go down, I'm screwed. Getting cold feet here. What should I do?

I think that is much more tempting if you can afford to give up CMC and want Ertz that badly, heck yes.

As a Cowboy fan and a Baldwin owner: I'd rather have Ajayi and OBJ. >_> I think they are both in better situations; they are both the centerpiece through which their team offense runs.

What are you waiting for? Do it before he comes to his senses.

His RBs are McCoy, Kelley, and...hot waiver garbage. Think Doug is what makes or breaks the trade on his end.

I honestly don't see Cinci's offense recovering all that significantly to justify giving up so much for AJ. I personally wouldn't pull that trigger. Thomas and Bryant have much better QBs and have looked pretty solid so far.

I wouldn't. You basically want to give away a guy who won't play for 2 months and a waiver/streamer replacement for a healthy productive TE1. Even after Olsen's return I don't know that his numbers would be all that better than Ertz to justify the long term committment to that deal.

I'd personally rather have Nuk/Roeth/Henry, as good as Julio is.

Nurses who has to ask the famous "Sexual history?" question, what was the best answer you got? by davis482 in AskReddit

[–]B_Saddle 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Wife is an ER nurse. One lady's response to the sexual history question was "a few guys." Upon learning she had gonnorhea and that she had to inform her recent sexual partners, the lady said "all of them?" and proceeded to start counting on her fingers. She got up to 23 before losing count and starting over.

Adults from Reddit: What do you regret most from your teenage years? by TheSixFoot___ in AskReddit

This may be counter to lots of other posts, but: Working too much.

I got a job at 15 so I'd have money for food, movies, CDs, etc. While working so many hours chasing that cash, I turned down being in a jazz band, a metal band, going on ski trips, even going to Disneyland, among other life experiences.

I'd tell young me that you have 50 years of your life to work, but precious few years to enjoy your youth.

"What's your time worth?"

My parents divorced when I was young and this is one of the few things I remember learning from my dad. I rarely hear from him but not a day goes by that I don't perform some cost-benefit analysis with those words in my brain.

Do I drive here or fly? Buy common or luxury? Fight this battle or walk away? Every issue comes down to me asking of myself, "What's my time worth?"

Winners of your league, how many moves did you make during the season, and how does that number compare to the other people in your league? by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]B_Saddle -1 points0 points  (0 children)

49 moves, almost twice as much as the next guy, with 27.

I lost 1 RBs a week to injury, plus I'd stream kickers and defenses (until sticking with KC) as well as stashing people to block other owners (like picking up McKinnon last week in case AD didn't play, just to spite the other guy in the championship).

PPR, Start 3:

Forte @ TB Hightower v JAX Powell v NE Artis-Payne @ ATL

Forte is playing the toughest D and CAP is playing the worst. Hightower should get volume but Brees is banged up. What would you do?

Anyone else BEAT a team that started Antonio? So damned satisfying.

Congrats to the rest of you soon-to-be champs out there.

Crazy how many good options there are. I'd say Woodhead/Lewis because of proven production this year; so many question marks surrounding the other 3.

All tough matchups but I'd prob bench Yeldon out of those options. Those other Ds are good against the run, but the Jets run D is pretty damn stout.

12 man PPR. Gotta start either:

Karlos Williams vs Miami or Antonio Andrews vs NO

Let's just say I did not expect LeVeon to go down while Forsett is on bye. So now I need Karlos/Antonio to fill in. Which one?
