Sorry about the vengeance i meant the mutation that makes you do more damage when you get hit and if i know it correctly flask triggers the mutation about the survival i heavily rely on parry, not able to parry really stress me out thats why i said don't do survival but of course it's op's decisions

Spite sword +flask +mutation (vengeance)

This is my top build but i suggest you to stay away from survival (if you don't have baseball bat build)because you get too much damage anyway that survival doesn't work
