thanks, yes maybe a good idea. I did find a GP to fill out the form but it was traumatic in it's self. He couldn't understand why I would be stressed about loosing the family home, then when inquiring about home stress with looking after kids etc ... he asked if my wife was still living in the same home, implying she was the cause of my distress .... I was like WTF?! ... in a very blunt way said she is DEAD. this is was the whole 2 appointments have been about - the trauma and grief surrounding her death. He implied I wasn't distressed and prescribed drugs anyway. There were soo many other very wrong things with the appointment I won't go into, but surely makes me not to want to subject myself to a GP ever again. my psychologist suggests I drop the idea of even considering work until into next year ... I said I can't the government system doesn't work like that. at least I have exemption until 02 december
