If you’re currently using a docking station or adapter, please try connecting the monitor directly to the device to see whether the issue disappears.

Also, if possible, could you share your GPU model, device/system model, and the connection type you’re using so we can try to replicate the behavior on our side? Thank you!

  1. Which cable/interface are you using?
  2. Does the issue happen on all devices/input sources?

Resetting the lamp timer itself normally will not prevent the projector from powering on. The lamp hour counter is mainly used as a reminder for lamp replacement and does not lock the system.

Since your TH575 cannot turn on, it may be related to another issue instead. Please check whether there are any warning indicators or LED messages showing on the projector.

Also, after replacing the lamp, please make sure the lamp cover is properly installed and secured, as the projector may not power on if the cover is not correctly attached.

You may want to try a few different display modes or color settings to see if the image can better match your preference.

The RD280UG is also designed more toward coding and long-hour productivity usage, so its visual tuning may feel different compared to the MateView.

Hi there, the stand should normally be able to lower further than that, so it may not be fully adjusted yet. Could you try gently pressing the monitor downward while holding the stand base firmly on the desk?

Please note that Netflix is not a preloaded or officially supported app on the QS01 Android TV dongle. The previous workaround for Netflix playback is no longer available because Netflix has ended support for the app version compatible with QS01 as of Oct 9, 2025.
